Pada tes CPNS sebelumnya yaitu CPNS 2012 merupakan pengalaman pertama saya untuk dapat berpartisipasi memang dengan niatan awal mencari pengalaman karena memang tahun kemarin merupakan tahun pertama saya pasca lulus S1 PGSD sejak bulan Juni 2011 namun harus menyelesaikan pendidikan Profesi terlebih dahulu selama 6 bulan atau yang dikenal dengan Pendidikan Profesi Guru atau PPG.


Karena memang pengalaman pertama dalam mengikuti tes seleksi CPNS maka sebenarnya belum tahu mengenai bentuk soal apalagi contoh soal CPNS maupun prediksi soal CPNS tahun lalu sehingga latihan soal CPNS yang dilakukan sebagai persiapan untuk menghadapi CPNS hanya dilakukan ala kadar disamping memang kuota yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat menjadi CPNS tahun lalu memang sedikit.


Nah selanjutnya saya baru tahu kalau memang soal-soal CPNS yang diujikan itu berbeda dengan soal-soal waktu SMA dimana dalam tes CPNS itu dibagi menjadi 2 tahap yang pertama ada yang namanya TKD atau Tes Kompetensi dasar dan selanjutnya ada yang namanya TKB atau Tes Kemampuan Bidang.


Saya akan coba bahas satu persatu dimulai dari TKD atau Tes Kompetensi Dasar yang dibagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu Tes Karakteristik pribadi, tes wawasan kebangsaan dan tes pengetahuan umum. Untuk lulus tes TKD CPNS haruslah lulus ketiga jenis tes yang telah dijelaskan yang masing-masing tes baik karakteristik pribadi, wawasan kebangsaan maupun pengetahuan umum mempunyai batasan nilai yang harus dicapai atau disebut Passing Grade. Dikatakan sebagai lulus tes TKD CPNS berarti telah memenuhi passing grade ketiganya karena salah satu tes saja tidak memenuhi passing grade maka akan gugur atau tidak lulus tes TKD.


Nah bagi yang telah lulus tes TKD jangan berbangga hati dulu karena dalam penerimaan CPNS baik CPNS 2012 maupun CPNS 2013 mendatang TKD merupakan tes awal yang setelah lulus nantinya akan mengikuti tes tahap kedua yaitu TKB atau tes kemampuan bidang, memang dalam segi bentuk soal CPNS tes TKB berbeda dengan tes TKD dimana TKB lebih menjurus atau tes untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penguasaan materi berdasarkan bidangnya masing-masing misalkan bisang keguruan tentunya soal TKB tentang kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas.





Dari beberapa penjelasan di atas maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa untuk dapat menjadi seorang yang lulus dalam tes CPNS baik CPNS 2012 maupun CPNS 2013 maka harus melalui beberapa tahap :


1. Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD)

• Tes Karakteristik Pribadi
• Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan
• Tes Pengetahuan Umum

2. Tes Kemampuan Bidang (TKB)





Melihat tahapan tersebut tentu untuk menjadi seorang CPNS bukanlah perkara yang gampang ditambah lagi makin hari saingan makin banyak dan ketat namun sejak CPNS 2012 bisa dipastikan bahwa penerimaan CPNS berlangsung bersih dan murni karena hasil pengumuman tes CPNS langsung secara online melalui situs menpan.

Sementara hasil pengawasan yang dilaksanakan oleh Kemendag secara keseluruhan selama kurun waktu thn 2012 telah ditemukan 621 produk yang dikira tdk memenuhi aturan. Jumlah temuan ini semakin senilai 28 produk dibandingkan thn 2011. Dari temuan itu 61% yaitu produk impor juga 39% yaitu produksi di dalam negeri.

Berdasarkan jenis pelanggarannya senilai 34% produk dikira menyalahi aturan SNI, 22% dikira menyalahi MKG, 43% dikira menyalahi aturan label di dalam Bahasa Negeri Kita , serta 1% dikira tdk memenuhi aturan produk yang diawasi distribusinya.

Sedangkan menurut kelompok produk yang dikira tdk memenuhi aturan, senilai 39% yaitu produk elektronika juga alat listrik, 20% produk alat rumah tangga, 13% produk suku cadang kendaraan, serta sisanya yaitu produk bahan bangunan, produk makanan minuman juga Tekstil juga Produk Tekstil (TPT).

Adapun langkah-langkah yang telah diambil sebagai tindak lanjut dari temuan itu, yaitu untuk pelanggaran pidana, senilai 2 produk telah dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan (P21), 3 produk tdk diijinkan dilanjutkan sebab tersangkanya meninggal dunia, juga beberapa produk masih di dalam penyidikan.

Sementara untuk pelanggaran administrasi, telah dilaksanakan pemberian peringatan tertulis kepada para pelaku bisnis dari 348 produk, permintaan penarikan 8 produk, pembinaan terhadap asosiasi, serta pemanggilan para pelaku bisnis guna kebutuhan penyidikan juga pengumpulan data.

Wamendag menjelaskan bahwa sebagai desain upaya mewujudkan perlindungan customer yang lebih optimal, Kemendag telah menetapkan 2 sasaran program pengawasan barang beredar di thn 2013.

Pertama, Kemendag mau meningkatkan efektifitas Pengawasan barang Beredar di wilayah perbatasan melalui acara Terpadu Pengawasan Barang Beredar (TPBB), event pengawasan berkalakhusus, crash program, pengawasan implementasi label di dalam Bahasa Negara Kita Indonesia juga MKG, serta pengawasan distribusi.
